We are in the process of transitioning to a new space booking platform, which will provide a more streamlined and user-friendly booking experience. Once we’ve worked through the nuances of the LibCal system and ensured all bookings, communications, and payments run smoothly, our goal is to open the system for public reservations early in the new year.

Will the booking process change?
Yes, the interface will look different, but the process will remain simple: you’ll select your desired space, date, and time, and confirm your reservation. We’ll provide clear instructions when the system launches.
When will I be able to book spaces again?
We anticipate reopening reservations early in the new year, but we don’t have a firm date yet. Updates will be shared as soon as possible.
Will my previous reservations carry over?
No, reservations made prior to November 1st will not transfer to LibCal. Once the new system is live, you’ll need to make new bookings.
